Shipping Policy — Made At Montrose
Handmade to Order All of our boards are handcrafted in our Lancashire workshop. Most items are made to order, so please allow 3–5 working days for us to craft and prepare your order before it is dispatched. Custom or personalised (laser-engraved) orders may require up to 7–10 working days before dispatch.
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service.
- Express Delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch (where available at checkout). Please note that express delivery applies to the shipping leg only — our production lead time still applies.
All UK orders are sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking reference by email once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
We take great care to protect your handmade board during transit. Each item is carefully wrapped in protective material and securely packaged.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging and contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
This 48-hour request does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Customers remain entitled to the remedies available under UK consumer law.
